  • Siblings???

Sometimes the most difficult dilema in registering for music lessons, or any other activity is scheduling!  What will you do with your younger/older children??  Easy..... at Tiny Tinkles you are welcome to bring your "wee" ones and older ones too!  There are two different play areas for siblings to wait - one for children 3 and under, and another for ages 4 and up -- both offer a safe environment that will keep them occupied while your pianist is busy learning.  Check out these rooms by selectingThe Experience page link.

  • Rates

You can now view my rates online!
(Check out the Teaching Policies for 2009 page link for more info).....
I believe that everyone should be entitled to receive quality music instruction at an affordable rate!
I encourage you to compare my rates and qualifications with music schools in the area, and private teachers.

  • Not All Teachers Are Equal!

Be sure to ask for qualifications when "shopping" for your new piano teacher.   Look for key words such as BCRMT (British Columbia Registered Music Teacher) or RMT (Registered Music Teacher)  Diploma in Music, ARCT (which is also a Diploma in Music from Royal Conservatory), Bachelors in Music, etc..... If looking for a student teacher, look for someone who is working towards certification -- Like any professsion, being a teacher requires ongoing support and education!
